Vacuum Degassing System
Our specialized vacuum chambers are used to degas materials through pressure reduction. We have two sizes of vacuum degassing chamber:
- 36 litre stainless steel degassing chamber with handles, clear acrylic top, valves, vacuum gauge and pump.

Dual Frame Vacuum Moulding machine for manufacturing orthotics. Fitted with 25 m3/hr DVP vacuum pump and air compressor.
Vac-Press
Dual Frame manual vacuum moulding system for manufacture of orthotics. Fitted with 3 m3/hr dry vane DVP vacuum pump.
CV220/LB40x2/BF
Small Medical Vacuum System for University of Notre Dame supplied complete with bacterial filters. Comprises 220 Litre Receiver and 2 x 40 m3/hr DVP vacuum pumps.
Vac-Station
Vacuum moulding machine for manufacture of prosthetics. Fitted with 25 m3/hr dry vane DVP vacuum pump.
Labvac Wet Filter
Vacuum pump and condensate trap for use in mine laboratory. Fitted with 63 m3/hr reconditioned Busch vacuum pump.
Vacuprint III
Vacuprint III machine manufactured for the NZ Police used for the discovery and identification of finger prints. Fitted with 25 m3/hr DVP vacuum pump.
CV220/LB25x1/RTM
Central Vacuum System for plastic/fibreglass moulding (Light RTM) utilising 3 x 'Full Vacuum' outlets and 3 x 'Regulated Vacuum' outlets. Fitted with 25 m3/hr DVP vacuum pump.
Evac Trolley/SCB
Side Channel Blower used for both inflation and deflation of life rafts and evacuation slides during testing.
